My name’s Chandra and I am going to take you on a hopefully short journey so you can get back to reading, researching, and trying to find balance in your hectic schedule.

One of my biggest hurdles I face every day is focusing on what needs to be a priority. Some days, that is making sure everyone is drinking water and eating their vegetables (including me), and others it’s making sure we spend quality time together and are taking moments to not worry about everything else.
Make sure you’re drinking water, keeping up on personal hygiene, moving your body for 30 minutes a day minimum, going to bed (this one’s huge) at a reasonable time, and setting aside time for a non-school-related activity.
